Look, sometimes a product just doesn't work out the way you hoped. That's normal, and it's exactly why this page exists — so you know upfront what actually happens if you need to send something back, instead of finding out halfway through an email chain.
1. Returns — The Basics
You have 7 days from delivery to ask for a return. Not 7 days from when you ordered — from when it actually reached you.
A few things need to check out for us to accept it back. The product should be unused and undamaged, and it needs to come back in its original packaging — box, tags, whatever extras were included, all of it.
And here's the part that trips people up: we need an unboxing video, or at least clear photos, taken while you're opening the box — before you rip into the packaging, not after. Why? Because if there's ever a dispute about what condition something arrived in, that footage is basically the only real evidence either of us has. Skip it, and there's not much we can do if a claim comes up later.
We might also ask for your order number or the confirmation email, just so we can pull up the right order without going back and forth.
2. What We Can't Take Back
A handful of things fall outside what we can accept as a return:
- Anything damaged because of how it was used — not a manufacturing fault, just normal wear or accidental damage on your end
- Products marked non-returnable on the listing when you bought them
- Items sent back without their original packaging, tags, or accessories
3. Refunds — What Actually Happens
Once the item you sent back reaches us, we check it against everything above and let you know either way — approved or not.
If it's approved, the money goes back to whatever payment method you used at checkout, through Razorpay. Give it 7 to 14 business days after we confirm the refund on our side. That window's a bit wide because the last part — it actually showing up in your bank statement — is really down to your bank, not us.
One thing to be upfront about: shipping fees usually aren't refundable. The exception is if the mistake was ours — say we sent the wrong thing, or the product showed up damaged and your unboxing video backs that up. In that case, we take the hit, not you.
4. Who Covers the Return Shipping
If you're sending something back just because it wasn't right for you, that shipping cost is yours to cover.
If we messed up — wrong item, damaged product — we cover it. That one's on us.
5. Got Something Damaged or Wrong?
Move fast on this one. If what arrives is damaged, broken, or just not what you ordered, let us know within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or your unboxing video showing what's wrong. The longer you wait, the harder it gets for us to actually verify what happened — so don't sit on it.
